central location train station helpful staff thin pillows coffee facilities pool access
The location felt central. I appreciated how close the train station was to the hotel. It made getting around SO simple! The staff exuded warmth and were consistently helpful.
The pillows lacked proper support. They felt quite thin, which affected my sleep QUALITY. I also found the absence of coffee or tea-making facilities IN the room a bit disappointing. The small pool was not accessible until later in the morning, restricting its availability.

Enchanting Escape
metro station helpful staff
The location near the metro station made access very easy. Staffs showed kindness and provided help, something I cherish. I found complimentary water bottles daily, a gift, and the room offered such quiet that it feels intimate.
Warm water was not very hot. I also found the hotel lack coffeemaker or tea, an addition that is always a plus.

The hotel offers a cute little pool on the roof terrace. There are sun beds , and the rooftop has a shaded part. The pool looked clean and well-kept.

The hotel is next to the Rocafort metro station. I noticed several cafes, restaurants, and shops near the hotel. Plaza de Espanya is close to the site.

The room includes a modern bathroom with a big shower. Towels and toiletries were replenished every day of our stay. A nice balcony showed the tree-lined avenue.
